Unit 812 is a 10 ‘x 10’ storage unit.

Please note that if your bid is overbid, you will get an email BUT YOUR COMPUTER SCREEN DOES NOT SHOW IF YOUR BID IS THE HIGHEST. Please refresh your screen anytime you want to see the highest current bid. If you don’t, someone’s automatic bid may be the high bidder and cause confusion.

We don’t go through our units so we, and you, just have to guess. Diamonds and rubies, I am sure, right? Who knows what it has but I see:

Office secretarial chair, couch and love seat, stools, tall lamp, chairs, shelves, lots of boxes

When you win, please contact us within 24 hours of the auction to arrange for payment.

We accept cash or credit cards, no checks. Payment is due within 48 hours of the end of the auction.

There will be a $40 cleaning deposit that is refundable after the unit is clean and vacant.

Access codes for the gates will be given upon payment. You will have 24-hour access to the unit and three (3) days to remove your treasures. You can decide to rent the unit starting the fourth day. Anything left in the unit on the fourth day is ours unless you are starting to rent the unit.
